Wary airbag system refill

Hey everyone, I have an older wary airbag. Company no longer around. Have never pulled the bag as I didn’t have anywhere to get it refilled.
Are all canisters created equal? Here’s a pic of the refill o rings and canister. Live in Sandpoint but go to Spokane often. Just looking to get a refill so I can test the bag. Thanks
