No expectation - Want to go outside - Best option?

Discussion in 'General' started by Brett Gombasy, Nov 30, 2018.

  1. I have 0 expectations of quality or quantity but I am looking to get out and stretch the legs for the first time this year and was wondering if anyone had some info on snowline and coverage?

Is a hike up the road to west willow my best option and come back down it or the road across the lookout at the training grounds?

Anyone know what they snowline heading to Roothan and Horton might be like?

    Thanks in advance.

Backside of 49 degrees north is still closed but has very decent coverage. I skinned up Bugaboo/Huckleberry ridge to the top and had a couple of really nice runs. There is about 18 inches on top and maybe 14 near the bottom.

49N opened up the Sunrise Basin today, so Huckleberry Ridge is an active, groomed run now.
