I was in there with a group of four last Friday-Sunday. Conditions were very warm and sunny. The trail still had snow the whole way (nobody had to carry skis) but you may have a few short areas of bare dirt and rock to step around. The southern faces of Sherman peak are melted out, but you should be able to ski most aspects off of Snow peak and Bald. Be cautious near rock outcroppings, especially during the warmth of midday, the snow was thin and very collapsible in many areas.
