If so, you could buy the entire lower half of Stevens and Lone Lake Basin!

The Atlas Mine property was recently listed for sale at a cool 3.9 million. This is mostly a patented mining claim, so as I understand you could do just about anything with the property. North facing property with elevations from 3900' to 6000'+ would make for some good skiing.
The property includes the popular skin/ascent route to Stevens Peak and looks like the 'Jammer Chutes' as well.. should be interesting if someone actually buys it.
