Fixed image uploading issues

Some people were having problems uploading images (too large error). Pictures no longer need to be resized in advance. Now it will allow just about any size (up to 10mb) and will automatically resize it smaller for you. This will allow you to upload directly now from your camera or phone without any issues.

Also made it so the uploader will automatically orient/rotate photos (no more upside-down pictures from iPhones!)
