I think this really has some promise but is only useful if it is used by enough locals that it can generate good data. Hopefully we can get a critical mass going in North Idaho and Eastern Washington.

Yeah! I actually ended up on a tour with these guys the week before they released it. Seems pretty rad, and I'll be using it as much as possible, like you said I think the key is going to be getting enough users in your area.

Looking forward to getting to use Avanet. My SP1 shipped on 3/13/15 (ordered 10/8/14) and on 6/17/15 they announced the SP2. Needless to say with our incredible snow pack last year I have an SP1 that has yet to touch snow. Happy to be the sacrificial lamb in '14 if Ullr unleashes his fury for us all in 15/16.

Aaaah, I call BS..They shoulda sent you the SP2 MooseK.. I'd write them. 3 more months and the 2 is announced. Sheesh
