Hi all! Brand new to Spokane, and I was wondering if anyone had tips on dog friendly touring spots. Just looking for something chill to get myself and the pup outdoors for a dawn patrol once or twice a week! Looks like most of Mt Spokane is off limits? Obviously not looking to get into any risky terrain, just looking to get us both some exercise!

Training Grounds are great for pups & solo riding where you want to slide without the avy risk. It's on North side of hwy, across from Lookout Pass Ski area. If you search training grounds on here, i'm sure you'll find all sorts of beta.

Yup... Patrick said. West Willow can be as well, if your dog is into longer walks. You can stay to the NW facing slopes which are mellower.
