Looking for some new snowboarding areas around me, after being a little disappointed in Bitterroots yesterday while skiing Trapper peak, all the snow in the basin around baker lake is becoming patchy and will be unskinnable sometime this week. On the drive back it seems to me that only Gash point is worth the effort at this point, and that's a pretty long approach too, so it seems like its either glacier or maybe that range that offer good skiing nearby. Would you expect the north faces there to stay in decent condition until this July, preferably with skinnable laps?
