Silver valley?

I have to go up to Kellogg tomorrow and leave my truck for the day-warranty work, recalls etc.
Anyway I am taking my bike and riding to the top of silver mtn.
I got to wondering though if anyone knows if there is any snow left around there to do a lap on a board?

Looked like some (shortened) skiable lines in the upper basins last time I drove by over the weekend..

I got to thinking about it, and I think ripping back down the DH course at silver might be more than a little awkward with a snowboard on my back! Ha Ha!

You can come down the road… You may talk Dave Smith dealership (I assume that is where you are going) into someone driving you with your bike, up as far as they can.. LoL I wouldn't be surprised if they did!!!! Worth a ask!!

Decided I just wanted to rip the DH so bagged the board idea.
There is not much snow left, and it was real soft.

Wore my butt out on the ride up, not used to sitting and pedaling that long, i could hardly sit on the seat by the time i hit the top!

Trails were clear except a little right at the top.
Going to fast to look for mushrooms on the way down!
