Parking at west willow/steven peak TH?

Are there changes to where you can park at the west willow/stevens peak TH? There are now “No parking” signs surrounds the area on the south side of the bridge where you’d typically park.

Went yesterday and we parked at the usual spot. There were 5 or so other vehicles parked there. I didn't notice the "No Parking" signs, but maybe I was just oblivious. Hopefully someone else might have some more information.
