This stuff gets really complicated really fast for me, but the Idaho Panhandle National Forests has prepared a proposed action for the Kaniksu Over-snow Vehicle Use Designation Project. The public comment period on updating the IPNF winter travel plan for over the snow vehicles ends September 20.
