Sherman Pass Conditions and Mt. Abercrombie??

Looking for a day tour this weekend. I have read the most recent reports from Sherman but nothing on Abercrombie and I have never skied Abercrombie. Wondering if you kind folks would give a little pro v. con on the two.

Furthermore, do I need my sled for Abercrombie or can I skin the road + approach?

I didn't end up skiing Abercrombie. Headed to St. Regis basin. However I did cat ski Brundage last Friday, thigh deep. Not to rub it in....too much. Hope to get out soon. Maybe some volcanoes this spring?????

Volcanoes! Brad and I are taking some students up Mt St Helens at the start of March. Keep me posted what you are thinking.
