Lookout not allowing skinning?

Anyone have beta on Lookout's restrictions regarding skinning?

From what I gather they no longer allow skinning up or around the new 'cat only' area.

Not the prettiest or super entertaining but the cat track they put in a couple years ago was an easy way to gain the ridge to venture in the st. Regis basin.

Supposedly, they are allowing "self propelled uphill" traffic only when the "cat"/expansion area is patrolled according to their statements. but their report says no skinning... So clear as mud. I have looked at their maps and their proposed boundaries, you can take the creek on the ski area side and still manage to do an easy ish, traversing uptrack through the woods to gain the ridge w/o imposing on their BS restrictions, it you want to adhere to them.

Got to love further restrictions on public lands for the sake of $$$ in someone's pocket.
