crampon for soft boots

I have malamutes and am wanting to get crampons for cascade volcano and the likes. Any suggestions I'm going to look into bd contact and gravel G10. I am familiar with crampons just all the ones I have are crampomatic style. Looks like a strap style would work fine on soft snowboard boots for non tech stuff.

Jason,
I have the BD Contacts and use Malamutes.. They work.. But not the greatest. Really have to be sure they are on TIGHT and that the strap is not flapping.. it gets under foot (like having your shoelaces untied) and will trip ya up or loosen up.
I used them for Glacier Nat Park and def needed for a soft booted on anything steep.
