Just wanna throw a shout-out to Jeff, Melissa, Gabe, and Larry for a terrific field weekend of avvy training.
Such an informative course, and passionate instructors! I came away with a desire to improve my backcountry acumen to be a better team player for adventures.
Cheers to these seasoned experts who share their time and knowledge to make all of us a little safer!
Now who wants to go splitboarding?!?

Absolutely a pleasure being out there with such a great group. Thank you for taking the step to learn more!! Oh, and for pointing at the footprint! LoL

A few days late to the thread because we took the long way home, throwing in a couple of days at Schweitzer before the spring break crowds flood the front country.

At risk of speaking for my wife, the practical experiences provided on Saturday and Sunday far surpassed any classroom talks, reading, and video watching that we have done. Great show by those four that @Jill named.
