Upgrade gear

Started uphill 2 years ago, just mt spokane and big mtn. Did 1st multiday trip last weekend- convinced me i need to lighten up from my Coombas and plate bindings. Ski Vokl Mantras and Line Opus in bounds. No plans for big drops/extreme lines. 6'2", 180lbs, age 55. Any recommendations?

PS - considering Voile Hyper V6

I’m still skiing 5-6 year old Voile V8s with radicals. They’ve been shockingly durable and just stupid fun in powder while still really versatile for 115 underfoot. I’d guess that hyper v6 would be a pretty dang versatile shape with some curiosity about how it’d behave in bad snow due to being so crazy light

Thanks! Also considering the Mantra V Werks, but know they aren't as light as a true backcountry ski
