Lookout is doing an uphill/skimo race this season put on by Trail Maniacs. Here are the details I found:
LOOKOUT PASS SKI AREA
Sunday, February 25th
8:30 a.m. Start
Telemark, AT, Splitboard and Fat Bike Event
Three Categories - Male & Female - Age Divisions: 18 & Under and 19 & Up
Entry Fee: $15 – includes Lunch Voucher and Number Plate
Registration & Liability Release Signature: 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. in the Lodge.
(Guardian Signature Required for those ages 17 & Under)
All Races Begin at 8:30 a.m.
Categories:
Alpine/Splitboard – Skin Up & Slide Down: 1 or 2 Laps
(Splitboarders will be in a separate Timing Category for fairness)
Prizes:
1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Finishers in each category for Male & Female
Telemark, AT or Splitboard Course:
From the base area, Start up Grub Stake, up Huckleberry Ridge. Decision of how far up and where the turn off is will be decided in the morning due to forecasted overnight snowfall. Thank You for your patience.
