Spokane area winter enthusiasts, come enjoy an evening with friends as we celebrate winter and human-powered adventure at the Winter Wildlands Alliance 2017-18 Backcountry Film Festival at Gonzaga University’s Hemmingson Center on Thursday, February 1st. Doors open at 6 PM, films start at 7:00 PM.
Adventure, environment and climate, youth outdoors, ski culture – you’ll find it all in this award-winning lineup of eight films.
The event is being co-hosted by Gonzaga Outdoors, the Spokane Mounaineers, and the Spokane Mountaineers Foundation. Proceeds from the local event support the Winter Wildlands Alliance and efforts for the protection of non-motorized winter recreation in the Lookout Pass-Stevens Peak Area.
